Introducing Gigafast+

I built my system and have 65gb RAM, 24gb Graphics Card teamed up with and i9 Processor and have the same issues. I have the same issue, it is not the Laptop that is the issue but Windows 11. It’s now February 2025 And I’m still having this issue.

I’m going round in circles, I’m trying to contact customers services for Sky+ tv, does anyone know a number to call them on? So giving them a taster of episodes or old seasons may be a way to bring in more customers to watch the rest If the issue is not something we can help you with, call Sky by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile.

It would be good to know if Sky are looking at this issue, which appears to be affecting quite a few people. I have exactly the same issues as the original poster. I’m going to try and call customer support tomorrow

Clearly a Lenovo issue with the Slim 3. The volume control stays on screen about halfway up, you cannot change volume, and cannot shut it down very effectively. On average, new discussions are replied to by our users within 5 hours Also Sky History 2 HD is closing, but SD is staying.

@jean+james there seem to be several issues going on here. I’m supposed to be a v I p customer. I pay sky direct to deal with these problems.

  • Payment holiday only apply to credit items (such as mobile phone loans).
  • The hub comes with a phone adapter for internet calls (VOIP) and an Ethernet cable.
  • If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

It installed an update however exactly the same issues are still being faced. Works fine on an old Intel 7th Gen Core i7 based PC running Windows 10 so clearly not a hardware issue. We have the same issue on an Intel NUC rwith 11th gen Core i7 CPU running Windows 11. ( I’ve read a few forum lnks, same problem, though no apparent answer). I still have this issue 3 months later.

Browse or search to find help, or start a new discussion on Community. And the WiFi continues  to disappear from my mobile phone I am looking to join sky for broadband and TV but the options are bewildering to me.  I’d like to speak to a real person at sky on the phone for some help in choosing the best package for me but can’t find a telephone number. The forum doesn’t allow telephone numbers to be displayed (apart from 150).

Can someone simply give me a phone number or email address? I tried to ring Removed, the Sky customer number, but there seems to be a fault with the Sky service today. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t like them on the forum.

I would like to contact Sky customer services by phone or email about my bill. I have the same issue on windows 11.
